Got a Question

Results will be released within 12-24 hours starting from 6PM of the day of your test. If you have tested positive you will receive a phone call immediately after release of your test results (typically within 24 hours). If you haven’t received a message within the allocated time, you may call the phone number that was given at the testing clinic or send us an email with your name, date of birth, and test date to [email protected]

You may also submit a results request via our website.

Once you arrive at the clinic a lab technician will approach your vehicle and will hand over a QR Code to scan on your phone. Please fill out the form and submit.  Once you complete the online form, our healthcare professional will conduct the test. You will then be instructed on how to properly use the swab. If you do not feel comfortable doing the swabbing yourself, you can ask to the healthcare professional to administer it.

Once you complete the test you will be given a phone number to call. The current estimated time of release is 12-24 hours. If your result is positive, you will receive a call personally from us within 12-24 hours. If you haven’t received a message within 48 hours you may call the phone number given to you right after the test.

IT IS FREE!

Reimbursement for COVID-19 testing is covered 100% by all insurance payers with no deductible, copays, coinsurance or any other out of pocket expense. Individuals will need to provide a copy of a medical insurance card at the time of testing.

Reimbursement for uninsured individuals COVID-19 testing is provided by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
